New teachers and non-teaching professionals (NTPEs) should register on their district’s PA-ETEP portal.

To register as a new user, complete the following steps...

  1. Visit your district's PA-ETEP portal (www.paetep.com/nameofyourschooldistrict/)
  2. Click on the Register link
  3. Complete the registration form and click Register
  4.  When you click Register, the system will send you a verification email.  Open the verification email and validate your account.  Once validated, they system will automatically log you into your portal. If you do not receive the verification email and/or validate your account, you will not be able to log into your portal.  If you do not receive a verification email, please click on the Support tab and submit a New Support Ticket.
