The Attachment Module is now available on PA-ETEP as a premium add-on. By securing the Attachment Module, districts can afford their users (teachers, NTPEs, and supervisors) the ability to attach files wherever they add a comment. See example screen grabs below.
When enabled, individual users within their portal will be able to upload standard documents, images, and audio files. Acceptable document file types are: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, and RTF. Acceptable image file types are: JPG, PNG, JPEG, and GIF. Acceptable audio file types are: WAV, M4A, and MP3.
It is recommended that users keep a copy of all attachments outside of the software as attachments are only temporarily stored within the software. When securing the Attachment Module, clients agree that their users will not upload viruses or other malicious code, will not post content that is: hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence or could be reasonably interpreted as intended or likely to incite violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence, will not post content that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law. EduLink reserves the right to remove, without notice, any attachment and/or content that violates this statement or our policies.
