PDE releases PVAAS 3 year rolling average scores via the PVAAS website at https://pvaas.sas.com. Once released by PDE, PVAAS score reports can be exported and uploaded into PA-ETEP by School District Admin users. Uploaded reports (see attached example) can then be viewed by building principals/supervisors within the Teacher Specific Rating section of the 82-1 form (see attached screen grab) or from their Administration tab menu.

Most Appropriate PVAAS Report - For detailed instructions on

- File Type - When downloading files from PVAAS, please select the .xls or .xlsx file type. If you download the PVAAS file as a .csv file and upload it into PA-ETEP, it may not render properly.
Step 2 - Log into PA-ETEP
Step 3 - From the Administration tab, select the PVAAS Reports tab.
Step 4 - Select the appropriate school year and upload the 3 year rolling average PVAAS score reports.
- When uploading, please consider how the file is named as this is how your supervisors will identify it.
- Once uploaded into PA-ETEP, building principals/supervisors can access and view these reports via the quick view icon within the Teacher Specific Rating section of the 82-1 form (see attached screen grab) or from their Administration tab menu.
