If you are not able to log into PA-ETEP from home because you do not have your password saved on your home device, simply Reset your password.  

How to Reset Your Password

Step 1 - Access your district's PA-ETEP portal 

Step 2 - Click on the Reset password link (see image below for guidance) 


Step 3 - The software will then ask you to insert your registered email address (that is your school district email address)

Step 4 - Check your district email inbox for an email with the password reset link.  Please allow a few minutes for the email to be delivered.  Once the email is received, click on the password reset link and follow the onscreen directions.

Note - The password reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If you are not able to reset your password within a 24 hour period, please repeat the steps above.
