The following tables delineate the final effectiveness measures and weighted percentages of the 13-2 Rating Form. In addition, the table shows which PAETEP modules can be utilized to collect the supporting and corresponding evidence.
Note - According to Act 13, the 13-2 rating form should be used with Principals, Assistant/Vice Principals, CTC Directors and Directors of Special Education.
