The following tables delineate the final effectiveness measures and weighted percentages of the 13-3 Rating Form. In addition, the table shows which PAETEP modules can be utilized to collect the supporting and corresponding evidence.
Note - According to Act 13, the 13-3 rating form should be used with educational specialists, instructional professionals other than classroom teachers, and supervisory professionals other than supervisors of special education.
Note - For Temporary Professional Employees, a 13-3 Semi Annual rating form should be completed twice per year. The final score on the Semi Annual rating form will be driven 100% by Observation and Practice domain ratings.
