We occasionally need to make updates to PAETEP.  When updates are made, it may require you to clear your cache and/or cookies to view things properly.  


If you are using PAETEP and experience problems viewing something, try the following...

  1. Clear your cache and/or cookies (see directions below)
  2. Update your browser
  3. Try another browser (i.e., if you are using Chrome, try Firefox)
  4. Try another device (if you have cleared your cache/cookies and are using an updated browser, try a different device)

 

How to clear your cache and cookies (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the settings icon (three vertical dots) and select Clear Browsing Data
  3. Be sure only "Clear cache images and files" and "Clear Cookies and other site data" are checked. Select time range "All time", then click the blue Clear Data Button
  4. Close and Reopen Chrome and then log back into PAETEP


How to clear your cache and cookies (Firefox)

  1. Open Firefox
  2. At the top right, click the settings icon and select History
  3. From History, select Clear Recent History
  4. Clear Cache
  5. If needed, Clear Cookies
