Under Act 13, teachers are encouraged to complete a Student Performance Measure (SPM) template each school year for their LEA Selected Measure requirement.  The LEA Selected Measures constitutes at least 10% of a teachers overall score on the 13-1 form.  However, an LEA may still allow their teachers to complete an SLO template for this requirement.  To learn more, visit Getting Started with the Student Performance Measure.
