The following tables delineate the final effectiveness measures and weighted percentages of the 13-1 Rating Form. In addition, the table shows which PAETEP modules can be utilized to collect the supporting and corresponding evidence.
Note - For the 13-1 Rating Forms for Classroom Teachers, the type of teacher specific data which is available and attributable will determine the weighted percentages of the various effectiveness measures.
Note - For Temporary Professional Employees, a 13-1 Semi Annual rating form should be completed twice per year. The final score on the Semi Annual rating form will be driven 100% by Observation and Practice domain ratings.
