PAETEP includes a Report section that gives Administrators the ability to monitor progress across their portal and review data to inform future professional development. Reports are available to building principals and central office administrators.
Observation Summary Report
This report indicates how many SPMs, Walkthroughs, Formals, Differentiated, NTPEs, Anecdotals and 13 forms have been completed and are in progress.
Component Report
This report lists the individual component ratings by supervisors for all completed Formal, Differentiated, and NTPE Observations. Via this report, administrators can identify component areas of strength and growth across the district and within individual buildings.
Growth & Strength Report
This report summarizes the areas of strength and growth as identified in the Observation Summary Form of each completed Formal Observation. Aggregate scores are provided at the bottom of the report which indicate tendencies across buildings or the district as a whole.
Educator Effectiveness Annual Report (EEAR) - In addition to the reports listed above, School District Admin users have access to the Educator Effectiveness Annual Report (EEAR). This report provides data for the purposes of completing PDE's Educator Effectiveness Annual Report.
